Riverside parkrun: Sumanth Nayak 20:18

Ran there and back again. Gorgeous conditions. Overcast in Newcastle as I headed out but very warm and sunny in Chester-le-Street. I don’t like multi-lap courses but this one, being relatively flat and in a beautiful park is definitely my second favourite parkrun in the region.
