Coquet Half-Marathon & 10K, 30th June 2019

Richard and Marie Slack ran in this year’s Run Northumberland Coquet Half Marathon. Even in the event information described as hilly and Richard says:
“The run was a highly picturesque circular route starting and finishing in Rothbury and taking in the villages of the Coquet Valley. Couple of decent testing climbs on the second half of the run. A welcome leg cool in the River Coquet at the end by the finish. For Richard it was final preparation for the Chevy next weekend and for Marie a tough welcome back to running after The Wall adventures. Also spotted were Terry Welsh and Dave Manners, both doing the 10k.”
