parkrun, 25th January
It was a pleasant winter’s day for a parkrun, with little wind.
PBs this week for Elizabeth O Mahony and Paul Hughes at Leazes and Richard Slack at Penrith. Particularly well done by Paul who has run five PBs in a row at Leazes park. Can this outstanding run continue?
Congratulations too, Heather Steel, first female at Gateshead.
