On a lovely morning for running, Claremont Road Runners were again spread across parkruns in the North East. There was yet another PB for Marie Slack at South Shields – it looks like Richard paced her. That’s very nice of you, Richard, but the gentlemanly thing to do is to let the lady cross the line first!
