Claremont Coven Cycles for Halloween

After a year off due to covid, the Claremont Coven were able to take to their bikes again for the annual Let’s Ride – Breeze does Halloween cycle ride.

Ride Leader, Nina Jensen led the way from the Civic Centre to Gosforth Central Park and back via the Town Moor and Jesmond. A wonderful selection of witches, ghosts, skeletons and ghouls including Cath Robson, Gill Milne and Claremont friend Verity Watson (last seen as part of our water station team at the GNR) enjoyed a 5 mile easy going ride with stops along the way to scare the locals and take photos. Leanne Salem was hoping to come along too but was jinxed by a memory charm and forgot to come! Never mind there is always next year and hopefully even more of Claremont’s ladies/witches will be able to join us for a girls night out!
