Heaton Memorial 10K, 14th November 2021

The Heaton Memorial 10K takes place at 11am on Remembrance Sunday each year and starts, appropriately, with a 2 minute silence. It is then a dash across the Town Moor on the first of two laps. Unbelievably for the Moor, there was hardly a breath of wind and this, added to unseasonably mild temperatures made for a very fast run.

There was a good turnout of Claremont, a number of whom made the most of the conditions to record excellent times.

Please note that in the table below, the positions are in order of crossing the finish line, but the times are chip times.
