Always a good way to start the year! There were no parkruns in Newcastle today, so it was a chance for some of us to try a change of routine and there were a number of “first timers”. Somehow, I also managed to get a course PB at Gateshead (I haven’t done many), so thanks to Paul for pacing me around the first couple of laps.
