Druridge Bay Trail 10K and Half, 30th January 2022

This looks like a lovely couple of runs up the Northumberland Coast from Wild Deer Events. Set in Druridge Bay Country Park, the runs take in sections of path, trail, road, grass and the beach. Luckily it happened in the calm between storms Malik and Corrie.

Isabel Neatrour ran in the 10K, finishing in an excellent position as 5th female. Izzy recorded a time of 48:15.

Lena was a last minute entry into the half-marathon and went to the start line having not really trained for the event. So she must be very pleased with her time of 2:35:07.
