There was another good sprinkling of Claremont Road Runners around the North East this weekend, with PBs for Ben Hardy on the Town Moor, and Fred Besse and Martin Jobling at Leaxes Park.

On the other side of the world, Alice Vialard discovered that you need to be up with the larks to do a parkrun in Oz, but the 7am start did not stop her from doing the Centennial parkrun in Sydney.
