The Big Half, London, 4th September 2022

Shilpa Iyanna went down to that there London to take on Mo Farah in The Big Half, a half-marathon. Although she didn’t quite keep up with Sir Mo, Shilpa did incredibly well in her first race since moving to Britain, finishing in positon 10,220 in a time of 2:28:12.

It was also the first big run that she had done with her son, Raag, who did much of his training with us whilst on holiday from his studies in Nottingham. Being a nice lad, Raag let his mother win!
