DESCRIPTION:Although part of the NEHL cross-country season\, this is a one-off event.  It does include some minor changes from the usual league races: \nEveryone starts together\, no staggered starts for medium/fast packs.\nPoints scoring – instead of just teams of 4 for women and 6 for men\, this race has Senior and Vets categories\, in teams of 3.\nAs usual\, can people offer/request lifts in Spond.\n\nPossibly the flattest course in the XC calendar\, few hills to worry about.
