DESCRIPTION:North East Harrier League cross-country race.  All welcome – club pays fees and organises lifts. \nThe venue is The Pastures at Alnwick\, a course that takes in glorious rolling hills and woodland\, offering stunning views of the castle across the River Aln (if you remember to look up!).  Many of us Claremonters say that this is our favourite fixture.  Remember to bring your number if you already have one!

DESCRIPTION:Although part of the NEHL cross-country season\, this is a one-off event.  It does include some minor changes from the usual league races: \nEveryone starts together\, no staggered starts for medium/fast packs.\nPoints scoring – instead of just teams of 4 for women and 6 for men\, this race has Senior and Vets categories\, in teams of 3.\nAs usual\, can people offer/request lifts in Spond.\n\nPossibly the flattest course in the XC calendar\, few hills to worry about.
