Newcastle parkrun 11/08/12

It was a good turnout on a rather chilly and overcast morning. No doubt, everyone’s been inspired to run a 5k as Mo Farah goes for gold this evening. Well done to Alasdair Wilson on setting a new personal best, a 15 second improvement.

Just a reminder, next week parkrun is going for a national attendance record to celebrate the Olympics and Team GB’s success so get yourself out for a trot around your local parkrun course wherever that may be.
