New Year’s Day parkrun

What better way to start the New Year than with a parkrun? As far as I know, the only one in the region is Sunderland parkrun at the usual 9am start time.

If you’re looking for something a little more challenging and close to home, there’s the Resolution Run 10k (twice over the hills) on the Town Moor at noon. Entries accepted on the day. Plenty of time to sober up/get rid of that hangover. If you’re mad enough, why not do both!
