Gosforth Summer Relays, 4th August 2019
It was a hot and humid morning in Newcastle Great Park for the Gosforth Relays this year. As the Great Park continues to develop, more of the paths are now tarmac than before, so I think this helped produce some fast times.
We had 4 Claremont teams, distributed nicely with one in each category – senior and veteran ladies and senior and veteran men – in a well organised, friendly event.
