It was a quiet morning for parkruns in the North East with Jesmond Dene, Rising Sun and Chopwell Woods all postponed due to damage to trees and the park caused by last week’s storm. There were also fewer sky blues than usual up and running.

Leazes parkrun was enlivened by the appearance of a dinosaur! I am not sure where he hails from, but apparently the dinosaur is attempting a “parkrun alphabet” and chose Leazes for his “L”.
