Not only did we spread ourselves around the region this weekend, with Claremont Road Runners at 8 different North Eastern parkruns, but we pretty much covered the length of the country from Glasgow to Harrow.

There were PBs for Sonam Wangdi at Leazes, Catherine Young at South Shields and Maria Duenas at Ruchill in Glasgow.
