St Gallen Half-Marathon, 26th May 2022

A couple of days before the Edinburgh running weekend, there was another running festival to feature the sky blue vest in the half-marathon. Some of you will remember Philipp Manser, an excellent runner who ran with the club during his short stay in Newcastle, representing the club in the 2019/20 cross-country season before returning home to his native Switzerland. Well, Philipp donned his Claremont vest to run in a half-marathon in his home town of St Gallen, where he finished in 30th place in a great time of 1:27:44.
