RunThrough Quayside 5k/10k, 6th August 2025
We had two runners down on the Quayside this evening for this prestigious event, that sees some of the very fastest in the region turn up to give their afterburners a good gunning.
‘Harold’ Mawdsley has been hammering the training recently, and put it to good use, smashing out a scintillating PB of 16:20. So awash with talent was the field, that Harry, easily Claremont’s current fastest, ‘only’ finished 66th!
In the 10k, Nina Jensen was to be found in the familiar role of pacer, no doubt leading a few people to PB’s in under 70 minutes.
