Watergate 5K, 21st August 2025

A couple of Claremonters went to the picturesque settings of Watergate Park to run in this 5K organised by Low Fell Running Club.

Anton Mirafsari showed that he is well on the way to putting all his recent injury worries behind him, as he posted a more than respectable sub-20 time. Rose Hawkswood was the other sky blue, and she too posted a good time – though it still wasn’t good enough to win her age category – Under 15 Girls! I’m hoping that was a typo by the results processing team
