Berlin Marathon, 21st September 2025
Harry Mawdsley was our latest marathon runner, running this time in the heat of Berlin. Unfortunately, he did not enjoy the best of runs, saying:
“Not my day… Woke up with a cold, just about held it together until 25k and then completely crumbled in the heat. Almost packed it but dragged myself to the finish. Most unpleasant race experience I’ve had.”
As ever, Harry is being hard on himself. His time of 3:02:28 is excellent at any time … never mind running in 250 heat with a cold!
