Run Aintree 10K, 14th December 2025

A shout-out to one of our more experienced runners – Kenny McCormick. Kenny has not had the best of times with injuries lately, but still managed to follow up his run at Blyth Sands by completing the Run Aintree 10K a week later. This is a run around the famous Aintree racecourse, though I don’t think the runners have to jump Becher’s Brook!

Ken was 2nd in his age group, 584th overall, finishing in a time of 1:18:12.
