Town Moor 5K & 10K, 29th March 2026

On Sunday 29th March, three Claremonters started British Summer Time by running around the Town Moor accompanied by a strong, cold wind.

Because of the closure of a part of the Moor, the course had been rerouted. However the new route was probably more interesting with the addition of bits of Exhibition Park.

Eddie and Harry ran the 10k two lap route, while Ailsa ran the 5k. Despite the wind, all three achieved PBs and Ailsa was fifth woman home.

Claremont was also represented among the marshals by Lynne and Susan.
