Town Moor Hills with David L

We’ll jog to the moor and warm up on the path at the foot of the hills. The core session is: Up and down first hill (5 min) Pendulum between first and second hills (5 min) Up and down second hill (5 min) Circuit over both hills and back round the bottom (15 min) Jog back to sports centre and stretch.
