Winter Route
Approx 7.16 miles / 11.5 Kilometres
A slight detour from summer as we stick to the well-lit paths.

Mini Staiths
Approx 4.15 miles / 6.7K, though can easily be extended with an out and back along the river.

5K Option
This route is actually a bit over at 5.5K, but is the suggested option if a 5K run is required on the night. Mostly just an out and back – downhill then back up again!
