parkrun, 23rd November 2019

It was a grey, wet and miserable day for running or volunteering at parkruns. It was also the day for the NEHL cross country fixture at Aykley Heads, so for lots of reasons turn out at parkruns was poor. Credit must be given to Bill, Maria, Nina and Roberto who ran or volunteered at Parkruns and also turned out for cross country. As Oscar Wilde might have said to get wet and cold once a day may be regarded as misfortune, to do so twice looks like carelessness.  Well done to Sumanth and Rose for running for the first time at  Leazes.
