All the seasonal carb loading paid off this Saturday, with Tom Tinsley, Julie Cross, Richard Slack, Luke Woodend and Anthony Liddle all running PBs.  Also well done to Sarah Kerr and Heather Steel for coming first and second at Newcastle.

Once again club members were to be found running all over the country.
