Trail Outlaws Penshaw Half Marathon, 20th June 2021

The Sunderland half wasn’t the only half-marathon in the area today – and this one sounds a lot tougher! As well as stretches along both banks of the River Wear, the course takes in a nice climb up to Penshaw Monument.

Kat Truong and Maria Duenas conquered the trails and the steps and Maria was 5th lady (and 3rd in her age group) despite getting lost! Well done!
