The second week of parkrun’s comeback was a bit cooler and wetter than the first, at least for those running in Newcastle.
Paul Robinson, Heather Steel and Catherine Young headed to try Herrington Country Park for the first time, and all had good runs. Paul was 2nd overall and Catherine was 1st lady. Well done!
Elsewhere, there were PBs for Tom Tinsley at Leazes and Marie Slack at Keswick. Izzy Neatrour ran in London at Hackney Marshes, which is now the local parkrun for our very own, and founder of Leazes parkrun, Sumanth Nayak.
