Windy Gyle Fell Race, 19th June 2022

Kris Axon and Ay Okpokam went up into the beautiful Cheviot Hills to run in the Windy Gyle Fell Race this Sunday, Kris not only went to run it, but to win it! I haven’t seen any official results yet, but his Strava shows him covering 8.67 miles, with 1742 feet of climbing, in just over the hour. Great running, and well done, Kris!

Ay ran at a slightly more sedate (or should that be normal?) pace to complete the course in about 2 hours. Well done, Ay, too!
