Penshaw Trail Half, 19th June 2022

The Slacks took on this half-marathon (which is a bit over the half, really) organised by The Trail Outlaws and lived to tell the tale! In Richard’s words:

“Tough trail run. Loads of up and down and stepped paths. Final mile up to Penshaw never ending and more steps! Lovely route.”
