Claremonters turned out in force to parkrun this Saturday across five locations in the North East, with Brian Hegarty venturing a bit further afield into Cumbria.
With two milestones being celebrated, Elizabeth O’Mahony (at an incredible 200 parkruns!) was joined by several of our runners at Town Moor (including many of our recent couch to 5k graduates), while over at Leazes we had a stronghold of Claremonters both running and volunteering, with Laurie Johnson celebrating his parkrun 50th with a new PB and casually adding a volunteer credit on top of it.
Two of our ladies took first lady this week, Sarah Kerr at Jesmond Dene and María Dueñas at Leazes.
A successful weekend all round, well done everyone!
