Quayside 5K, 7th August 2024

Aoife Monaghan was Claremont’s sole representative is this fast 5K dash along the Newcastle Quayside, and she did us proud. Aoife ran an excellent time of 22:39 – a 5K PB – which placed her 146th in the B race. She was rightly delighted with her run, saying: “Absolutely loved that and so so happy with this PB. Special shout out to Jack Shawcross for running the last bit with me and keeping me going”.
