Richmond Castle 10K, 11th October 2026

Just a day after making his Harrier League debut for Claremont (at a tough, hilly course), Phil World was down in North Yorkshire to take part in the Richmond Castle 10K. One thing that I know about Richmond is that it is not flat, and Phil commented:

“A weekend of hills, didn’t know how this would go on the back of yesterday but happy with that!”

So you should be happy, Phil, that is an impressive weekend of running.

Phil finished in 52nd place in a time of 44:46.
