"A memorial race held in the name of the great late Norman Woodcock". Mixed teams of 3, each runner running a single 1.6 mile/2.7km loop on the ambulance road inside Gosforth Racecourse. Fast and flat. Race start: 9:45am |

A new route over the Millennium Bridge and along the Tyne to visit the historic Dunston Staiths. There are summer (&m,11.2K) and winter (7.16,11.5K) variations. The shorter version is approx 4.15M (6.7K). This will be our first time for the summer route. |
