Despite a number of runners saving themselves for the cross-country in the afternoon, and two Sky Blues in Berlin for Sunday’s marathon, there were still a fair few Claremonters getting their weekly parkrun fix across the North East and beyond. Indeed, Marie, David and Anthony used parkrun as a cross-country warm-up! Marie also set a course PB at South Shields, and Anthony did likewise at Blyth Links (Note from Team Captains: Well done, but next time save something for the Harrier League!).
Also, well done to Nina Jentl on running a PB at Riverside in Chester-le-Street.
