Ilkley Half-Marathon, 14th July 2024

Sophie Richardson went a bit further afield to find a scenic half-marathon – to Ilkley in West Yorkshire. The undulating route took the runners around the town of Ilkley, before heading up the River Wharfe to cross at Bolton Bridge and head back downstream to the town.

Sophie came 1336th in a time of 2:05:37 and the photos below prove that she really was “on Ilkla Moor baht ‘at”.
