Dublin Marathon, 27th October 2024

Aoife Monaghan, accompanied by Jack Shawcross running in his Heaton vest, took part in this year’s Dublin marathon. In Aoife’s words: “This one meant a lot. Running through the streets of Dublin lined with locals and residents cheering everyone on.”

Aoife just missed out on a sub 4 hour run, finishing in a time of 4:00:40, but was not to be dismayed, saying: “What’s 41 seconds between friends anyways? Sub 3:50 I’m coming for you in Seville next February!”
